Refund Policy

Paid subscriptions to Arcana VPN are non-refundable. Instead of refunds, we give every user a 3-day free trial of every product (Germany, Finland, Spain, United States, Russia→Finland, Russia→US). The trial is how you verify the product works for your country, network, and devices — before you spend money.
If you choose to skip the trial and pay directly, that is your decision and your risk.
TL;DR
- Paid plans are non-refundable. No partial refunds. No "changed my mind" refunds. No "doesn't work in my country" refunds.
- The 3-day free trial of each product is your guarantee. It exists specifically so you can confirm the product works for you before paying.
- USDT (CryptoBot) purchases: irreversible at the blockchain layer. We have no refund mechanism for crypto payments.
Why no refunds?
Every other paid VPN sells you a subscription and then handles "didn't work for me" cases reactively through refunds — usually with a 7-30 day window, often requiring a card on file, and frequently with friction the user has to fight through.
We do the opposite: we give you the actual product, in full, for 3 days, before you pay anything. No card. No registration. No friction. If the product works in those 3 days, it will work for the paid term. If it doesn't work, you walk away having lost nothing.
This means we keep prices low ($2.50/month) and we don't run a refund-handling operation. The savings flow back into the price.
USDT (CryptoBot)
Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on the network. There is no "undo" mechanism — not on our side, not on CryptoBot's side, not on the user's side. We do not provide refunds for USDT payments under any circumstances.
If you sent the wrong amount or paid for the wrong plan, contact support within 24 hours of payment — we can sometimes adjust the subscription duration as a courtesy, but this is at our discretion and not guaranteed.
Service extension for our outages
USDT cannot be refunded, but we can give you back the subscription time you lost. If all Arcana products are genuinely unavailable for an extended period due to our infrastructure failure (more than 24 hours of cumulative downtime within your paid period), we extend your subscription by 2× the verified downtime, capped at the remaining duration of your sub. No money moves; the value comes back as more days of service.
To qualify, contact support within 7 days of the incident and tell us the affected dates. We verify against our monitoring before applying the extension.
Important: this only applies when no product in your subscription works. Degradation of one product while others still work is not an outage — that's what free product switching is for. If only your DE exit is blocked but FI and ES still connect, switch to FI for free; no extension is owed.
The one exception: if we shut down
If we discontinue Arcana VPN entirely while you have an active paid subscription, you will receive a pro-rated credit for the unused portion. This is the only situation in which any money moves back to a user — and it only applies if we stop the service, not if the user wants to stop using it.

Support can help you with:
- Picking the right product before you pay
- Activating and using your free trial
- Importing your subscription URL into a VLESS client
- Diagnosing connection issues during your paid subscription
- Switching products within your paid subscription (free, included)
Support cannot:
- Issue a refund for a paid subscription
- "Make an exception" because the trial wasn't taken
- Refund a USDT payment
