Refund Policy

Effective date: 2026-05-18.

We believe a 3-day free trial — accessible to anyone, no card or registration required — solves most of the "I'm not sure if this will work for me" cases that drive refund requests at other VPN services. This policy explains how refunds work for paid subscriptions when the trial isn't enough.

TL;DR

  • 3-day free trial comes before any paid plan. Use it to verify the service works in your country.
  • Telegram Stars refunds are processed by Telegram, not by us. You must request through Telegram support.
  • USDT (CryptoBot) payments are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. We can offer service credit or a future-period extension in cases where we failed to deliver.
  • Subscription cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of unused time — see exceptions below.

Telegram Stars refunds

Telegram is the merchant of record for Stars purchases. To request a refund:

  1. Open Telegram Settings → My Stars → find the transaction
  2. Tap on the transaction → "Report a problem" or "Request refund"
  3. Telegram processes the request

We will not contest a legitimate Telegram-initiated refund. We will, however, deactivate the subscription that was paid for upon refund processing.

USDT (CryptoBot) refunds

Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed once confirmed on-chain. We do not have technical means to "undo" a USDT payment. What we can do instead:

  • Service didn't work: if you can demonstrate that the service was substantially unavailable (e.g., all servers down for > 24 hours during your active period), we will extend your subscription or provide a credit for a comparable plan.
  • Wrong amount sent: if you sent more than the invoice amount due to a transfer error, contact support immediately. Reasonable-effort attempts to return excess funds.
  • Wrong plan: we may upgrade or extend your subscription to the intended plan if requested within 24 hours of payment.

When you are entitled to a refund

  • The service was unavailable for an extended period during your paid subscription (we did not provide what you paid for)
  • We materially changed the service in a way that affects your active plan (pro-rated)
  • We discontinue the service while you have unused subscription time (pro-rated)

When you are NOT entitled to a refund

  • You changed your mind after the 3-day trial period
  • Your country / ISP started blocking VPN connections in a way that affects our servers (the service worked; external conditions changed)
  • You violated our Acceptable Use Policy and were terminated
  • You bought the wrong plan and didn't ask for an upgrade within 24 hours
  • You don't like the service and there was a working trial available

How to request a refund or credit

For service-failure or wrong-payment cases, contact:

Include:

  • Your Telegram user ID (visible via the bot's /start command or in Telegram Settings)
  • Payment provider (Stars / CryptoBot) and approximate amount
  • Reason for the request

We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Disputes

If you believe we have unfairly denied a refund and standard correspondence has not resolved it, you may bring the matter to a small-claims venue in your jurisdiction. We will respond in good faith. Most disputes can be resolved without escalation if you contact us directly first.
