Terms of Service

By using Arcana VPN ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What we provide

Arcana VPN offers paid and trial access to a VPN service via a Telegram bot and a subscription URL. The service uses the VLESS protocol with Reality TLS camouflage and XHTTP transport, delivered via multiple servers with automatic failover from the user's VPN client.

The Service is offered as-is. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted availability
  • Specific connection speeds
  • Functionality in any particular country, network, or with any particular VPN client
  • Compatibility with future operating system or client updates

We offer a 3-day free trial precisely so you can verify the service works for your specific use case before paying.

2. Account and access

You access the Service through your Telegram account. We do not maintain separate username/password credentials. If you lose access to your Telegram account, we cannot transfer your subscription — Telegram's account recovery is your responsibility.

You may use one subscription on up to the number of devices specified by your plan. Sharing your subscription URL with people outside your household may result in termination.

3. Payment

  • Telegram Stars: processed by Telegram. Telegram is the merchant of record. Refund requests for Stars purchases must be initiated through Telegram, not through us.
  • USDT (CryptoBot): cryptocurrency payments are final upon network confirmation and cannot be reversed by us or by CryptoBot. Make sure the plan you select matches the amount you intend to pay.

Prices are listed in USD-equivalent. Actual amounts charged in Stars or USDT may vary slightly with conversion rates at the moment of purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Distribute, store, or access child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This is a non-negotiable, no-warning-termination violation.
  • Send spam, conduct phishing, or distribute malware
  • Launch denial-of-service attacks
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse the trial system, or extract bulk data from any third-party service via our network
  • Engage in any activity that violates the laws of your jurisdiction or ours

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription without refund if we have a reasonable belief you violated this section. Severe violations (CSAM, large-scale abuse) may be reported to authorities.

5. Service availability and modifications

We may modify the Service, change pricing, add or remove server locations, or discontinue features. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated through the bot at least 14 days in advance where reasonably possible.

If we discontinue the Service entirely while you have an active paid subscription, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion.

6. Termination

You can terminate your use of the Service at any time by deleting your subscription in the bot. We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

On termination, all subscription data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted (see Privacy Policy).

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for: actions taken by your government, blocks imposed by your ISP, restrictions imposed by Telegram or other third parties, or consequences of your own use of the Service

8. Governing language

These Terms are written in English. Translations may be provided for convenience. In case of conflict, the English version controls.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the bot and on this page at least 14 days before they take effect.
